    A furnace tune-up keeps your heating system in good working order. It includes:

    • Clean blower
    • Clean & adjust burners
    • Inspect heat exchanger
    • Inspect gas pressure & flame
    • Inspect igniter/pilot light
    • Inspect filter
    • Check airflow and provide Static Pressure and Return Air Readings (If accessible)

    When completed you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system.

    • Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors & relays

    • Inspect condensate drain
    • Inspect outdoor disconnect
    • Inspect condenser fan motor & blades
    • Inspect compressor at startup
    • Check airflow and provide Static Pressure and Return Air Readings (If accessible)
